Service Costs

As part of our commitment to transparency on pricing, we will provide you with clear details of our costs at the outset. The fee earner dealing with your matter will confirm costs with you. 
Please note all our prices on this page are an estimate and are dependant upon your case, the prices may vary. 

Hourly Rates:
This is the traditional method by which solicitors charge.  Olive Legal Associates adhere to the Guidelines set by the Civil Justice Council. Our fees range from £189.00 to £233.00 plus VAT. 
Details of our fees will be communicated to you in writing in our client care letter setting out our terms and cost estimate. 

Charge Rates
Solicitors and Legal Executives with over 8 years’ experience   £272.00
Solicitors and Legal Executives with over 4 years’ experience    £233.00
Other Solicitors or Legal Executives and Fee Earners of equivalent experience £189.00
Trainee Solicitors, paralegals and other fee earners £134.00

Fixed Fees 
In appropriate cases (such as conveyancing) we may agree to quote a fixed fee for the transaction. However, the price will vary dependent upon the matter. 
All fixed fees must be agreed in writing by ourselves. 
If you would like a fixed fee, please let us know as we deal with case on its own merits. 

No Win No Fee
We offer ‘No Win No Fee’ where there is a reasonably strong claim for success and if in appropriate circumstances (such as personal injury claims, fatal accident claims, housing disrepair claims and tenancy deposit claims)
